I’m Not Fit, Can I Still Join?

Yes, these classes are for all levels of fitness. There are different versions of each exercise, for beginners, intermediates and advanced, so you can pick your option and go at your own pace. You work to your own ability to get the best out of your workout. We would never force anyone to do anything they can’t do, so don’t be scared of being screamed at like at bootcamps. However, if you want a good workout, it is there for you to grab with both hands!

The class runs all year round therefore we have girls joining every course, so don’t worry about your fitness level.

What About Injuries Or Illness That I Have?

On your first day, you will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire, which will address any issues you are worried about. We advise you to arrive 10-15 minutes before the first class to discuss these with the instructor. Anything you discuss will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Some conditions/illness may require doctor clearance if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to ask.
