How much is the deposit?
The deposit is €20 which is non refundable. This is the same for all 3 courses. You pay the €20 via Paypal, and then can settle up the balance on your first day. You can also pay the full amount through Paypal.
I’m not fit, can I still join?
Yes, these classes are for all levels of fitness. There are different versions of each exercise, for beginners, intermediates and advanced, so you can pick your option and go at your own pace. You work to your own ability to get the best out of your workout. We would never force anyone to do anything they can’t do, so don’t be scared of being screamed at like at bootcamps. However, if you want a good workout, it is there for you to grab with both hands!

What is the 3 stage maternity fit plan of Baby Body Fit?

Stage 2 – Regain your body phase. Here you get back into fitness and lose any unwanted weight you may have gained over pregnancy. This is usually the first 10 months when most people take maternity leave. After that you are ready to move onto…

Stage 3 – Maintain your body phase. Here you keep up with your exercise regime, with the options of weekday evening classes, where you can bring your baby too!

Can I bring an older brother or sister if I need to?
Of course, toddlers and older children are always welcome if you can’t get a babysitter, or when they are off school. Just make sure you bring enough toys to keep them occupied!

What do I need to bring?
For yourself:
Water
Yoga or exercise mat

For baby:

Buggy

Bottles

Snack food if required

What if my baby cries or gets upset?
We understand that babies can predict your day and this is no different. Should your baby cry or become upset, we have exercises which incorporate buggies like jogging or brisk walking, leg work and arm and back stretches. Our instructors know when to use these exercises to combat any crying and hopefully send the babies into a peaceful nap! Otherwise, you can take a time out to comfort your child, and rejoin the class whenever you feel ready to.

What if I need to leave early or I miss a class?
It is understandable that you may need to miss the odd class, so we have taken measures to ensure that you still get value for your money. For each of the courses, you have an extra 2 classes to make up any that are missed.

Example:

Prepare course – 1 class per week for 6 weeks. You have 8 weeks in which to use these 6 classes
Regain course – 2 classes per week for 5 weeks. You have 6 weeks in which to use these 10 classes
Maintain course – 1 class per week for 6 weeks. You have 8 weeks in which to use these 10 classes

What about injuries or illness that I have?
On your first day, you will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire, which will address any issues you are worried about. We advise you to arrive 10-15 minutes before the first class to discuss these with the instructor. Anything you discuss will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
