Choose from breastfeeding, combined feeding or standard meal plans, given week by week

Measurements, weight and photos taken (at your own discretion) at beginning and end of 6 week term

Train in the comfort of your own home, on your own, or with 1 or 2 friends, with your babies or toddlers beside you

45 minute training sessions, using fat burning exercises to focus on strengthening and toning arms,

chest, back, legs and stomach, and losing any unwanted baby weight

Customised fitness plans, designed just for post pregnancy needs

All injuries/pregnancy related issues catered for – all exercises can be adapted as needed

Workout knowing that the exercises you are doing are safe and specific to you! Choose from 1-1 or small 2-3 person group training. Personal Training is available in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
