Ingredients

1 Wholemeal/Wholegrain Wrap

½ Avocado

1 Chicken/Turkey breast

Spinach

Beetroot

Peppers

Tomatoes

Small bit of grated cheese – just enough to lightly cover the toppings

Coriander

Peri-peri sauce

 

Method

Start by frying the chopped chicken breast in a little oil and Cajun powder

When the chicken is cooked through, add some spinach to the pan

Place cooked chicken and spinach on a piece of kitchen paper, and blot the oil away

Spread the avocado, sprinkled with coriander all over the wrap

Throw chicken, spinach, beetroot, tomatoes, peppers and grated cheese all over the pizza

Put under the grill until the cheese has melted

Lightly drizzle peri-peri sauce over the pizza

 

Delicious! A great source of protein in the chicken, avocado, spinach and cheese, with the “pizza base”, wrap, coming in at 160kcals and 30g of healthy carbohydrates. Just go easy with the grated cheese, try to have no more than 30g.
